Privacy notice

1. Who we are

This website is run by NUTRI SPACE, a sole proprietorship at 99/5C, Devpuri, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh 250002, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used.

2. What we collect

• What you send through the enquiry form: your name, e-mail address, the type of enquiry and your message, and, if you choose to add them, your organisation, one extra detail, your website and your phone number. Please do not include health information about yourself or anyone else.
• A short-lived spam check: to stop automated messages, the form keeps a one-way coded version of your internet (IP) address for about an hour. It cannot be turned back into your address.
• Server records: our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry, to discuss and, if we agree, carry out a project with you, and to keep the records the law requires if a project or sale follows. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Your consent

We use the details you send because you agree to it when you send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop using your details, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

5. Who sees it

The people at Nutri Space or DietXP who work on your enquiry. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our e-mail provider store it on our behalf. Their servers may be outside India.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation and any work that follows need them, and deleted within 24 months of our last contact with you, unless a law requires us to keep them longer (for example, invoices and tax records).

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to. To do any of these, write to support@nutrispace.in with "Privacy" in the subject line.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to us again (see below) and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children
